Eligible Hunters

All hunters will show proof of eligible status (current Active Duty or Reserve service member, current DoD civilian employee, military/DoD retiree, and their immediate family members) at the pre-season safety brief or archery qualification. Anyone not able to prove eligibility will be removed from the program without a refund.

In an effort to re-focus on our Service Members and reduce unnecessary risk to the installation, no new Sponsored Guests will be admitted into the program. Existing Sponsored Guests may remain in the program if they have been active hunters for the past 2 consecutive years. Any future infraction will permanently remove them from the program.

Canada Goose hunting clarification: The installation falls into the Atlantic Population Zone seasons and bag limits.

Minimum Weight Limit on Deer Harvests: Harvesting deer that weigh less than 60 pounds (live weight) is not permitted on post.

Important Dates: The 2026-2027 Hunting Season Permit purchase period will open on July 13th.

Check in/out Times                                     

•      Reservations can be made from 1500 (3 pm) to midnight the day preceding the hunting day. 
•      Check out times for ALL hunting areas and all seasons will be no later than 2100 (9 pm).
•      **Anyone not checked out by the required time will have a Hold placed on their account.*
